How to Make the Boss Offer You One Million Blings, Chapter Three: Boss, Don’t You Worry!
Hardworking citizens of Miraland, does the thought of waking up early for work seem daunting, even with the aid of Whimancy? Are you tired of the daily grind from nine to five, and just want to go out and collect Floof Yarn? Do you feel your efforts go unnoticed, while your minor slip-ups are always caught? This chapter offers strategies to not only appear busy but also maintain professionalism, enhancing your job satisfaction in the process.
Step One: Use Reverse Psychology
Often, bosses dangle the carrot of future promotions and bonuses. If your boss says, “Keep up the good work for future rewards,” a bold reply like “I’ll come to work when that future comes” can be surprisingly effective. When setting goals to impress your boss, strike a balance. Proposing to transform styling trends in the Heartcraft Kingdom might seem too ambitious, whereas winning a few local Styling Challenges might not seem ambitious enough.
Step Two: Carve Your Niche
While everyone else might be designing plain plaid shirts, imagine creating a plaid shirt infused with colors inspired by The Eight, certified by the Stylist’s Guild. This unique approach not only elevates your designs but also makes you indispensable. Conduct thorough market research and rigorous analysis to showcase the unique and potential value of your designs to your boss.
Step Three: Seize Opportunities
Strike when the iron is hot. View your designs as your crowning achievements and treat presenting them like a Styling Duel. Timing is everything. When your boss is feeling the pressure, that’s your moment to shine by presenting your innovative designs.
Once you master these three steps, you’ll be able to skillfully navigate various conversations with your boss, and seize more opportunities and possibilities. Remember to reassure your boss, “Don’t worry, the results will speak for themselves!”
Please Note:
Only those who have passed the dyeing and weaving test are allowed entry into the Floragale Greenhouse.
Patrol Anomaly Report: Submitted to Mr. Spindle
- A pair of eyes is fixed intently on me! In the darkness, I can’t make out their shape, but I can feel the gaze from below. The suspicious figure must have crawled in to gather information about the village. They’ve clearly had professional training!
- Mysterious footprints appeared on the ground! They’re too messy to discern the original shape, but they’re heading towards Sally’s house. Whether it’s her smile, or her Beretsant, they’re my priority to protect. Enhance security in the vicinity!
- They’re clearer than last time! They resemble the claw marks of a Suspenders Weasel. I suspect it’s not that simple though. The messy prints from last time must’ve been to prevent me from investigating. Could that cunning spy have anticipated I’d think the Beretsant was their target? So, they mimicked a Suspenders Weasel’s claw marks to confuse me! The spy is well-trained and clearly backed by powerful forces. I must report to Mr. Spindle!
The Raging Rocks Regulations
By the Silvergale, let it be known that we, the Raging Rocks, steadfastly refuse to associate with the ungrateful Faewish Sprites or the deceitful people of Florawish! Our sacred mission is to awaken the willing villagers and ignite their fighting spirits. Remember, if you’re not raging, you’re not from Stonewoods!
Rage for rage’s sake! Keep these principles in mind when the Raging Rocks operate outside our grounds:
Series Expressions: Confront Florawish residents and Faewish Sprites with a stern expression – show your anger! If caught smiling, you will undergo a tickling punishment and must not laugh.
Keep Striving: The Raging Rocks must never be bested by that spineless Spindle and his folks, nor the Florawish residents or Faewish Sprits! Our fierce anger will signal that we are not to be underestimated or ignored.
Let Some People Get Angry First: Not everyone immediately understands our cause. Identify potential allies among the villagers; engage them logically and emotionally to expand the group of the Raging Rocks. For the especially stubborn, we’ll demonstrate our resolve by smashing the decay within Stoneville, proving our commitment to renewal and strength!
Ah, Beretsants
The Clucky Union of Stoneville:
The chicken is free.
Bathed in sunshine and dew, its feathers are brushed clean. The Lavenfringe adds a subtle fragrance.
The feathers are soft, yet incredibly resilient.
-Just like the people of Stoneville. Generation after generation, they weave soft cloth, while always maintaining the strength of stone in their spirit!
The chicken is an artist.
With its sturdy claws, it creates endlessly.
Crafting perfect masterpieces – egg after egg. Foreshadowing the fullness of life to come.
It neither boasts nor remains silent; It cluck-clucks, singing its own poetry.

Flying Flowers and Falling Leaves: Part 2
Finally, Jack Joy found the last Wisteriasol and Flight Fruit needed for their outfits. Amid the earth’s ominous rumbling, he climbed the Stonetree, handing the materials to Rose Mary. With the first Floral Gliding Outfit in her hands, she exclaimed, “Jack, once your suit is on, we’ll fly together!” Just then, the ground shook and the trees began to sway towards the clouds.
But amid the chaos, Jack Joy noticed a small tear in Rose Mary’s collar, which could be dangerous mid-flight. Hiding the Flight Fruit behind his back, he gave Rose Mary a nod, and signaled to her that she could take off.
In the howling cold wind, debris from the shifting earth flew past them, making their flight truly breathtaking. As expected, the tear in Rose Mary’s collar, enlarged by a cruel jest of fate, became a gaping hole. Searching her pockets, she found no materials to repair it. They’d used everything on their Ability Outfit.
“Rose, don’t be afraid.” Jack Joy yelled, holding her hand tightly, “You can do this! Fly to your future, survive. You’re a flying flower… a flower that can take root.” While saying this, he used his other hand to mend her collar with the Flight Fruit.
Jack Joy, relieved, released her hand. Miraculously, he had flown this far with an incomplete outfit. “We flew together,” he exclaimed. But then, his voice and figure, like a leaf, gently fell.
Hot Contestants of the Flamecrest Festival Styling Contest
Brett, the Village’s Famous Overalls Enthusiast.
At last year’s Flamecrest Festival stying contest, he presented sixteen different styles of overalls with various strap designs, colors, and embellishments. Supporters of overalls fashion, stay tuned.
Sandro, Known for His Love for Lavenfringes.
According to a mysterious frequent customer, Sandro is crafting an impressive piece for this year’s styling contest, using two cartloads of Lavenfringes as his secret weapon. The allure of Lavenfringe is such that people are paying for his goods by day and betting Blings on him by night.
Priscilla, Whose Songs Make Opponents Cry.
The pinnacle of balladry in Stoneville, she brings not only tearful love stories but also formidable styling. In the preliminary folk contests, her “First Love’s Return” outfit made opponents recall their first loves, causing them to cry and beg for mercy. They’re still haunted to this day.
Bettina, the Unspoken Favorite to Win.
An outsider from Umbraso, her styling exudes an air of “Styling is my domain.” Nowadays, many children imitate her fashion, a rare case of an outsider leading local trends in Wishfield history.
Bettina stands with a sword under the shadows, with a faint flow of Whim around her. Her status, strength, and training methods remain shrouded in mystery, making her an enigmatic figure. Betting on her victory is the safest choice.
Wish Collector’s Message Board
Remember to start gliding, leap from a high place! Imagine yourself as a flying flower. Stronger winds will carry you further. My longest journey took me to the Golden Fields. Best of luck to all future wish collectors! – Peter
Pieceys continue to live in the area formerly known as Prosperville, farming wheat and residing in Thuddy Squash houses. With the construction of Gliding Stations, traveling between the Stonetrees has become so much easier. Why not take some quality Floragale Cloth with you? It might help some Pieceys in need. – Andrea
Before the Flamecrest Festival, ensure you have a solid plan for collecting wishes. Be aware of potential delays from bad weather, absent villagers, and other unforeseen issues. – Jennifer

Spindle’s Work Log
The Floragales are looking great, but Matteo’s efficiency? Nonexistent… I need to find a supervisor to manage them.
Patrol.
Patrol. Still annoyed by Matteo. I’ll put up a supervisor recruitment notice tomorrow morning.
After some thought, I’ve decided not to mention hiring more people. More staff would mean more Blings to distribute. One person is probably worth three bottles of Floragale Greenhouse Air Spray. This person might not make the flowers grow better, but a spray of Air Spray will instantly perk them up. Air Spray is more valuable.
Patrol. Actually, that kid from the Linlang Empire has great potential. I’m planning to discuss a dual-role as the flower field supervisor with him.
Orders have surged this season. Patrol are happy affairs now, but we’re really short-stagged in the Dye Workshop. It’s quite a headache. I thought about that kid again. Although I had to warn him about his work attitude today, I must admit his proposal to revise the Floragale Cloth quality-control pipeline was quite smart.
Despite his attitude, I’ve decided to appoint him as the quality control supervisor. I, Spindle, am always clear about rewards and punishments.
Patrol. I never see that kid during the daytime. I’ve assigned him so much work, but when does he actually complete it? Can work get done automatically?
I’m going to use absenteeism as an excuse to make him work as an unpaid flower field supervisor. Let’s see his limit.
That kid is really useful. I need to find another excuse to get him to do more.
